Project Introduction

"Pawn's Gambit" is the story of a pawn who is left alone to defend the white king with his body. You will have to complete an impossible mission: independently, without any help, reach the black king and defeat him in battle. Thus, the pawn will become the queen and white will have a chance to win.

Since the chessboard has 8 lines, you will have to fight in eight directions, moving from one line to another. In the prototype, you will only play on the Royal E line.

There are many references to chess itself in the game, but the movements of enemy chess do not always match with reality. Try to understand exactly how the black chess move in order to predict their next move. Only then you can win!
