Project Introduction

Massively multiplayer online arena battle game for phones and personal computers. The game depicts the battle of Champions on different maps.

Each session involves two teams consisting of playable Twitch heroes, streamers and viewers, as well as non-playable characters - Bosses and their minions. All Units are controlled by artificial intelligence, which independently makes decisions on the battlefield. To win the session, the team must destroy all the characters of the enemy side.

Each player upgrades his character and participates in various combat activities.

The viewer can join the Army to the Streamer to receive special bonus rewards for the victory of their leader.

Initially, the game has three main modes:

1. Battle of two streamer armies.

A streamer can challenge another streamer to battle in an online format. Joining the battle takes place through the streamer's chat. The battle takes place to the last drop of blood.

2. Raid the Boss.

A streamer can go with an army in a battle full of dangers against non-player characters. Upon victory, the fighters will receive a reward that will help in the future when fighting in other battles.

3. Ranked Battle.

Deathmatch available to any Champion. The main mode for pumping the Hero.

The matchmaking system selects two teams consisting of fighters of equal strength to each other. For victory, resources and Rank points are awarded. Advancement in rank guarantees movement up the career ladder within the Army and in the global Leaderboard.

Features of the project to be implemented:

  • A large number of participants during the interactive with streamers. At the moment, battles of up to 100 characters have been made. In the future, this number is planned to increase to several thousand due to the transition to Unity ECS.

  • Adding new and editing existing character classes. Now four classes have been added to the game: Recruit, Knight, Rogue, Archer. It is planned to increase this number to 10.

  • Deep leveling of characters in RPG Style with a lot of different builds. The plans include the implementation of a system for the automatic use of Active abilities, consumables, the addition of passive skills and an inventory system.

  • Cross-platform character progress. Twitch authorization allows you to play as your character on any platform.


Project monetization

Free access to the game on platforms: PC (Steam), Android, iOS. Viewing ads on mobile clients speeds up the opening of chests and brings in-game currency. External customization and items to speed up the leveling drop out as rewards and are sold in the store for real money.

About Developer

We are a team of five people building the cross-platform Twitch Battler Heap Champions. The team is named Hityara, after the hits we have to create.

All team members are viewers of Heap Champions co-author, Andrey "DreadzTV" Golubev and were collected by Voply from Twitch chat on ethnosia.
