About Developer

Rocket Adrift a Toronto-based indie team made up of game designers Sloane Smith, Lindsay Rollins and Titus McNally.

Our Mission as a developer is to tell personal narratives that highlight the perspectives of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC experiences while also showcasing an outsider lens to Canadian culture.

We aim to emotionally enrich underrepresented players through gameplay and storytelling, and endear others to the struggles of our diverse characters with humor and unflinching honesty.

LINDSAY ROLLINS

@LinRocketAdrift

As a WOC artist and designer, I started my journey in the Seneca College Independent Illustration program where I met Titus and Sloane.

From there I worked with the two on various creative projects since 2014. In 2016, I learned how to animate, write and promote the team's animated projects on YouTube and social media.

After these projects, when the team decided to pivot to video game development, I dove into learning coding and game design as well as PR and marketing for indie studios.

Now I work full time for the studio as character artist, animator, writer and marketing lead.

TITUS McNALLY
he/him

@RocketTitus

Titus joined the Rocket Adrift team after several solo creative projects including a YouTube comedy series, animated shorts and a horror adventure game prototype.

With his experience in coding, game design and animation Titus was able to introduce and teach all the creative tools and software the team needed to create several animated series and two visual novel games.

He is also the main writer and game master on our actual play podcast Dark Future Dice, providing entertaining mysteries and deep philosophical questions throughout narratives set in the sci-fi world of the Cyberpunk Red tabletop role-playing game.

SLOANE SMITH

Writer, Composer, Background Artist
@PatRocketAdrift
Sloane joined the Seneca Illustration program after attending several art fundamentals courses at Fleming and Sheridan colleges respectively. They also released an EP and two full-length albums that she distributed independently.

After several years of working on solo projects, Sloane teamed up with Rocket Adrift on several animated web series, handling sound, music, composition, recording, editing and script writing.

From there, the pivot to videogames had Sloane learning entry-level code, sound effects, soundtrack creation, video game writing, editing and project management.
