Project Introduction
PLOTA young girl named Lily discovers necromancy through a mysterious book found at the municipal library. Accompanied by her dog Spot, she decides to bring back to life all her former pets buried in the cemetery. Unfortunately, the experiment goes wrong and Spot will have to come to her rescue.
GAMEPLAY
Use bones (as a melee weapon or as projectiles) to battle an army of skeletal-looking cats, bunnies, and fish. Dig your way to Lily but don't forget to pick up precious treasures hiding under the ground (it could be useful)!

About Developer
PATRICK DOYONPatrick Doyon is an Academy Award nominated director based in Montreal. Its first professional film Sunday (2011) garnered honours on the international festival circuit as well as being nominated for an Oscar for best animated short in 2012. He studied graphic design at Université du Québec à Montréal and since 2005, he is sharing his time between illustration and animation. Many of his works and collaborations have been awarded in various competitions : Art Directors Club, Society of Illustrators, Communication Arts, Applied Arts, 3x3 ProShow and Grafika have all highlighted the quality of his artwork. In 2015, he received the prestigious Governor General Literary Award for his children’s book The Sandwich Thief (written by André Marois). While continuing his artistic practice, he is teaching at the UQAM School of Design. Pet Semetary is his first experience as a pixel artist and game developer.
JESSE EISENBART
Hi, I’m Jesse Eisenbart. I love to learn and teach myself new things. I have 6+ years of experience learning/developing video games in GameMaker Studio 1.x and GameMaker Studio 2, so far I have created 20+ solo projects and have won the 2020 award for Best Student Game in Alberta. I’ve been creating pixel art for 6+ years and work as a freelancer part time. More recently I have earned FreeCodeCamp certificates in Frontend Developmemt Libraries, Responsive Web Design, and JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures.
