Project Introduction

In Mahou Senshi Cosplay Club you will embark on a journey of becoming an amazing Magical Girl cosplayer! Each costume you create will give you different abilities to overcome quests and contests. But don't let this journey fool you, because this is not just roleplaying: your costumes will give you real life powers, and the world's fate will be in your hands!

This is a single-player, story driven, tactical turn-based RPG, about crafting, material combinations, battle skills, and exploring events and quests to find new tools for your crafting. You're free to create any looks on your costumes, but you'll need to strategize your choice of materials and skills to overcome battles as they come.

About Developer

Behold Studios is a Brazilian studio founded in 2009. But since 2019 moved their operations and the whole team to Toronto, ON. We're a team of Latinos currently living in Canada and looking forward to bring another exciting game to the world. We're the developers behind Knights of Pen & Paper, nominated in IGF 2013 San Francisco, and the successful Kickstarter project Chroma Squad. We have been nominated and awarded more than 70 times with our games, and we have released in all major consoles, PC and mobile.

In Brazil, our studio was also known for our efforts in creating and developing the indie scene, by promoting events, knowledge, talks, game jams, and by building a 10,000 sq ft coworking space dedicated to Game Development called Indie Warehouse. Slowly we're becoming a part of the Canadian scene now, participating in game jams, discord servers, and sharing knowledge with others. This year we will showcase our games for the second time at MEGAMIGS, in Montreal.
