GAMEPLAY

HYPERBLADE is a hi-tech, high-octane slasher game that combines the thrill of the perfect kill with the rapid elements of a physics gymnasium. In HYPERBLADE, you can only move by dashing. Your momentum allows you to kick off walls, bounce off explosives, and improvise with other unique physics-based gameplay elements. Abilities like time manipulation and bullet deflection allow for limitless improvisational play.

HYPERBLADE gives the player a feeling of accomplishment and badassery upon defeating groups of armed enemies with tact and speed. Slow motion and the smooth movement of the player-character also give the player a cinematic, yet challenging experience.


STORY

You were manufactured to kill, but something inside of you has changed. You find yourself fighting to escape, while also struggling with a lack of identity.

HYPERBLADE is a bloody story about humanity vs AI, and the consequences of playing God.

About Developer

Tiny Planet Games consists solely of myself, Scott Smith. I am a game developer in Montreal, Quebec with AAA experience. I have been making games for many years and I'm most motivated by creating experiences I find to be innovative or satisfying. I love creating all elements of a game if I can, from music and art to optimized gameplay code and shaders.
